I scored this off a girl on Craigslist for $150. It had been a 2 owner car when I got it. None running. The girl bought it from her Dad's co worker who bought it new. She got in an accident where someone ran a red light and she T boned them. Frame was bent. She had it listed for $750 but it failed to start when people came to look at it so she was a day from sending it to the Picknpull. I soldered the main relay when I got it home and it fired right up. Everything on it worked great too, A/C blows colder than any accord I've ever been in. I drove it as was and surprisingly enough it went down the road straight. This was ideal while I was getting my bachelors in mechanical engineering and had to commute to portland from Vancouver area. Having the Auto in stop and go traffic and good A/C was a dream. It didn't chew through tires too fast and I just used it as it was for about 2 years. I picked up a full JDM H swap from a friend for $300 and I had a parts car I got the pedals and stuff from. I did the auto to manual and H swap at the same time in about 3 days right before the 2019 NWPAC spring meet at rocky point campground near Mt. Rainier. It's maiden voyage was to get groceries for the weekend and from there it was straight to the camp ground 2.5hrs away! Last month I finally sent the car off to Eric's Frame repair in Ridgefield Washington to have the frame pulled and the parts of the core support that were damaged replaced. It turned out great and everything lines up, bolts up and works as it should now! More to come!
