not sure myself. vwhondaman did post up a pic of the car back in march but haven't seen anything else since. i remember he had a hard time getting the car inspected because of the swap, but i'm not sure of what the outcome was.

WORD! as much as i revered his whip, he was always quick to give me props on mine. It always meant alot coming from him cuz his whip was bananas...

For those whom inquired in the past and stay may to this day, I bought Francis' car.
                      Great car, Great Guy!

Unfortunately, had some issues with registering/tagging the car here in Md. Once, I was able to do, had some issues with the VAFC unit.

Top all it off, had a relative with some legality issues that I helped out and had to liquidate some assets which included 2 of my prize possessions. My 93 all motor sedan and Francis' old car, plus cash out of my pockets...

To date, although the car was sold and later scrapped, the motor and later installed (by myself), JDM tranny...Let's just say, still have "controlling interests" in both items. And can obtain them back when I am ready. Which I plan to.

So Francis's car is gone now?

I didn't even know you were the one to buy it!

Wow, all that hard work my homie put into and it was scrapped. I should've bought it from him. He only lives 10 minutes away from me too. I watched that car go from stock to when he sold it. That trunk he put on was actually my trunk. We swapped trunks. Anyways, who ever had it hope at least he enjoyed it.
