        Heater Inlet Hose

Oil soaked hose was soft and allowing coolant to shoot out.

Replacement from a local parts shop. $11.99 (+tax).

Replaced OEM clamp with a regular hose clamp.

That oil will really mess up the hoses and connections. I may need to change that very one.
Those small replacements take the old out of the old car. No leaks, and running smooth and efficient

Yeah, changing that O-ring does not take much time at all.

While my son was using this car, he skidded on a puddle and hit left front tire with curb. Ended up bending the rim and the LCA.

So, the LCA from 2dr was removed.

And installed onto this car along with Neuspeed Springs and Koni Orange Shocks.

The 2dr is down graded as a parts car for sure now.

true, the inner seal is the tricky one

                R/F Wheel Bearing @175377

Snet you a PM, DCB7. I'm not sure if you got it.

                Take the wheel off.

                Take the caliper off.

                Then, the knuckle is off.

Tried the same way as a guy on Youtube. But, it didn't work for me. So, I ended up doing a little different.

The new one is going in now.

Used a hydraulic press to finish.

Now, everything is going back together.

No more funny noise from front.

L/F wheel bearing and Knuckle @175462

Current knuckle assembly is the one from 2dr Accord. It has been giving me problem removing the wheel.
This time, the wheel is stuck really bad.

So, I will replace the bearing on the original knuckle assembly and install onto this car.

                    Replacing the wheel bearing.

This side came apart somewhat differently, compared to the right side.

Earlier in the day, DCB7 came to the shop.

I was sorry to see his car banged up like that. But he is doing what he can do to make it better.

                    Hats off to him.

Left Rear Brake Light Bulb @175548

                        Original Bulb = 1157 = 27/8.3w 14VDC
                        Replacement Bulb = 2057 = 27/6.7w 14VDC.

                            Coolant leaking from a crack.

                            Remove.....

                            And, it is out.

                            The one from 2dr Accord.

                            Installed....
                            Run engine......
                            It started to leak.

                            Tightened nuts, and it stopped.

                              ATF: Drain & Fill @175751

                              Removed drain plug.

Some gooey stuff on the plug.

A cheap wrench broke while the plug was removed.

                              ATF is brown.

                              Fill hole....

Gray one didn't work. Red one did.

                              ATF made for Honda....

                              Did two "drain & fills".
                              Changing about 80% of ATF.

wow, great thread. A lot of good part numbers.

Have the exact problem with the Steering Rack Boot but having a hard time popping the ring off.

Did you snipped yours off? new ring in the box?
