Looks like I would go for this kit if I was going to go with this company and ITBs:

    SB150i4

The only thing I am not understanding is how all of their kits suitable for i4 engines are capable of exactly 150bhp bursts, regardless of the number of crossfire injectors.

For those of you interested in this front end torque mount, I highly recommend it! Here are some pics:

Links are now redone to reflect all the current listings I could find. The last one will just give you the dimensions, so you can buy them locally.

            Race Ready for 2/28

The day after coming back from Blacktrax, this is amount of oil that leaks after an hour of sitting after running at operating temperature:

It was also leaking onto the collector, so I had to get this sorted out.
I put on a new oil pan gasket, that was the easy part. The little package has a screw in it so that I can fix my greatest blunder one day:

            This stuff is stuff man:

This was all fairy straightforward. The hard part was my ill-behaving center beam and DC header/collector.

Long story short, because of the bad design, in my opinion, of the DC header collector connection, the front bolt broke off in the header flange as it was cross threaded. Try as I might, I could not get it out:

I eventually decided to drill a 3/8" hole and just retap for a larger bolt, but after drilling the hole, I discovered that an M10X1.25 bolt will thread itself in!

Now, I basically have a dowel pin that helps line up the collector with the header, and helps keep the gasket in place. Screwing a nut onto the equivalent of a stud is so much easier than trying to line up a bolt from underneath with threads on a header flange! The seal is also better, as I smell no exhaust in the cabin after reassembly.

Oh, and Sdash is awesome! This is all you need to run it on your android, provided you have the app.

What is your Sdash setup look like, tishock?

That front torque mount is pretty impressive, especially given the diy nature of it. Makes me want to try and build one myself. S dash also looks pretty darn cool.

It's real simple to put together, and I highly recommend it. I just know this stock cross member is not allowing the full benefit, even with ES radius rod bushings. Now, do you still have the bracket for the front torque mount on the block? I'm curious just how much has to be done to the traction bar to allow for a front mount.

From the picture, it looks like not much, except finding the right size through bolt.

I don't have the bracket on the motor still but I can pick one up from the junkyard easily. Since I'd most likely need to make some kind of bracket for the lower mount it may be easier to just have a smaller one made for the motor as well. The positioning is almost dead perfect though.

Thanks for the pics. Ah, yes, seems like a lower bracket could even be bolted on. But those holes, what size are they? Seems like welding on a bracket would be more sturdy than drilling out larger holes for decent size bolts.

It's about the size for a 14mm. It's what you can see there, two half inch spacers welded in with another tab of the same profile welded underneath that. It's extremely sturdy.

Right on! Let's find some brackets! Imagine how longitudinally stable your front end will be with the addition of a solid front torque mount and a three point strut bar.

I'm looking forward to trying it out. I don't really like having only the three ESP mounts as they're not a sturdy as I would've liked. I may look into Innovative mounts in the future. I've been thinking of a Cusco 2 point bar instead of a 3 point bar, frankly because of the bling factor in a high quality part.

How did you ship your trans to Synchrotech? I'm home for a week and I'd like to ship my trans out to them while I'm home.

Oh, I didn't. They didn't even ask about a core. I had them start with an M2y4 shell they had, and they built from there. When talking to James, it seemed as though they preferred to start with a trans they could source themselves. You already have an M2xx trans, right? I guess it's worth asking.
