Eric the engine bay looks a LOT better now that it's black. That red was soooo hideous looking when your hood was open. Now you just gotta do the jambs blue and you're set.

How long did it take ya to get the engine bay painted? Just use spray paint? Looks good overall!

and do not replace your kit with a lip kit.. come on your car is hot.. don't ditch the kit!

thanks man. its just flat black spray paint, but i took off as much stuff as i possibly could to paint it. its not perfect, but its a BIG improvment over what it used to be.

gonna do the jambs before the super cold weather comes, just trying to find the right paint.

and i havnt decided what im gonna do with the kit yet...iv never really liked my sides and rear. im definitly keeping my front bumper though. mabye even getting the CF lip for it if i ever get my finacial situation resolved...time will tell

those sides look tyte..I like 'em. But, go with wut I am doin..get a buddy club rear bumper man! I am getting the one that resembles stock size, and I will do 5th gen sideskirts, to blend it all in, and hten I got some splitters for the front bumper, to dress it up a lil..

no i never did take a pic of them all on...i dont use them much any more and i sold my underbody ones...

i think some gunmetal or hyper black would look HOT with your color.. or maybe some bronze. once someone buys mine, i'm getting dark gunmetal but you've made good decisions with everything with your car (minus keeping f22, haha j/k) so i'm sure the rims you get will look good.

are you gonna get 18s?

i dont know about 18s. i havnt thought about it enough yet. im thinking either gunmetel + poslished lip or bronze + polished lip. i dunno. its not gonna be any time soon.

and my F22 would eat your H22

yeah, no matter what you get you need a polished lip.

you should make a trip down to Florida sometime when i get my ass back down there.. and we can race. i should have the goodies for my engine installed and the car 1 piece again.

i say get bronze + polished lip but its your decision
