This build is insane. My eye is on this one.

Extend the rear shock mounts. Put some bearings in to replace the bushing, no more fighting align the shock bolt

Drilled out the disc spindles so drums can bolt up

No, he's modified disc spindles to accept drums for the time being. The work was done on his knuckles to lower the shock mounting point to increase shock travel. He wants to install them to obtain that benefit. He doesn't quite have everything he needs to get rear discs installed the way he wants them so he will reinstall the drums onto these new knuckles for the time being. That's what I interpreted from his DIY, anyway. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

Yep, what Jarrett said.
I am actually going to have both drums and discs if everything works out.Manual Belt Conversion-Variable Intermittent Wipers-Steering Volume Controls-Rear Defroster Antenna-JDM Climate Control-MDX Steering Wheel-Lighted Mirror Switch-CL Trunk Solenoid-CL Homelink-Shaved Hood Squirters-Foglight Wiring Diagram-Door Panel Removal-Puddle Lights-Ambient Lighting-Door Speaker Install-Window Seal and Regulator Cleaning-Prelude Cluster-Mirror Tweeter Pods-Illuminated Window Switch -More Coming Soon

Are you thinking about a 3.2 CL or Odyssey set up in the rear?My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

I have a set of Odyssey 12.3" rotors and matching calipers that I plan on using.
I want to shrink the diameter of the shoes to fit under the new rotors.Manual Belt Conversion-Variable Intermittent Wipers-Steering Volume Controls-Rear Defroster Antenna-JDM Climate Control-MDX Steering Wheel-Lighted Mirror Switch-CL Trunk Solenoid-CL Homelink-Shaved Hood Squirters-Foglight Wiring Diagram-Door Panel Removal-Puddle Lights-Ambient Lighting-Door Speaker Install-Window Seal and Regulator Cleaning-Prelude Cluster-Mirror Tweeter Pods-Illuminated Window Switch -More Coming Soon

Caliper mounting figured out
4x100 12.3" rotors
Slightly off center to accommodate for the upcoming powdercoating.Manual Belt Conversion-Variable Intermittent Wipers-Steering Volume Controls-Rear Defroster Antenna-JDM Climate Control-MDX Steering Wheel-Lighted Mirror Switch-CL Trunk Solenoid-CL Homelink-Shaved Hood Squirters-Foglight Wiring Diagram-Door Panel Removal-Puddle Lights-Ambient Lighting-Door Speaker Install-Window Seal and Regulator Cleaning-Prelude Cluster-Mirror Tweeter Pods-Illuminated Window Switch -More Coming Soon

Are those Pilot rear rotors? If so, that's pretty impressive. I have a few spare 3.2CL parts and was going to see if the 11.1" rear rotors were a direct swap using the CL brackets. You've bested that attempt by 1.2"!
Edit* I try to stay pretty up-to-date on your thread so I didn't think there was a post I missed. I now see the post above where you say they were Odyssey rotors. Ignore me, please. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

This is just neat! I have a great respect for these engineering projects.
So any thought into using a larger rear caliper?Be unique, like every other person.

Those are actually pilot/mdx rotor. The calipers are from an odyssey and I was thinking rotors also a when I wrote. After I wrote that I got worried that I actually had odyssey rotors and had to recheck the part numbers. The odyssey rotors have more offset than pilot/mdx and won't work for what I want to do.
You can bolt just cl,caliper bracket on and see if extends it to the 11.1 diameter. I bet it does. Then measure what offset you need if it is different.Manual Belt Conversion-Variable Intermittent Wipers-Steering Volume Controls-Rear Defroster Antenna-JDM Climate Control-MDX Steering Wheel-Lighted Mirror Switch-CL Trunk Solenoid-CL Homelink-Shaved Hood Squirters-Foglight Wiring Diagram-Door Panel Removal-Puddle Lights-Ambient Lighting-Door Speaker Install-Window Seal and Regulator Cleaning-Prelude Cluster-Mirror Tweeter Pods-Illuminated Window Switch -More Coming Soon
