I added 3mm leds to the bottom of the door panels for puddle lights. They are not long enough so they are recessed in the panel. I am going to change them to longer 5mm so it will be flush and disperse the light better.
Holy shit, there are parts attached to parts now... I keep coming in here expecting to see it more assembled and you add another mod . Good work, have you thought of making a filter for the puddle lights to output the Honda symbol on the ground? I saw a few on eBay not too long ago.
I got the doors on and that is about it. I have been trying to get all the door wiring done and tested this week but it is alot of stuff. The dome light supervision sort of kicked my ass, I had it all wired up but I decided I needed the door courtesy lights as well. That required quite of bit of rewiring. Now when I disarm the dome, map, pillar, door panel, mirror leds, puddle leds , door handle leds with light up. When I open any door, a pair of mirror and all door handle leds light. Puddle lights light with corresponding door only.
I had not thought of doing design in the light output. Something to think about but I have so much else to do.
Ahhh I meant to quote this picture. You have the hint of thin EDM moldings and the chrome trim of the JDM 9091 moldings but full shine. I love it! Please make them go into mass production
My buffer(actually bench grinder) literally went up in smoke while using it a while back. So I finally splurged on a new 1/2hp Eastwood buffer. This things kicks ass compared to what I had before.
screwing around a bit. It looks much brighter in the picture than it really is. I resisted it down so it is a faint glow. It still needs work to lessen the hot spot
I haven't done anything yet. The power seat is much heavier and awkward to move around, so I have been putting it off until I won't be removing it all the time.
