Yea its not even really cold here yet and i am dreading it. And we normally only get just a few snows.
On those frozen bolts, have you heard of this stuff called creeping oil? Someone on here was giving it big props. If you have access to a torch, i have used one a few times and its a lifesaver. It will get better man!

Try heat+PB+ everything else on those rear sleeves. The rear's are alot easier to replace than the front so thats a plus.

I went to the JY yesterday, and I got 1 rear removed, but broke the lower bolt on the other. There's 3 other CD5s and another CB I can get a rear strut from there, but I need to wait til Tuesday.


Right now I have the front up and the rear where it was. I put the stock anchor bolts back in and corrected my toe and took it for a drive. No more slamming, banging and shitty driving. Lots more clearance and good enough for me.

I'm going to pull an entire exhaust off a car at the yard and replace mine. The holes are so big I can't weld them up.

Whether it's the front or rears, suspension is a breeze on these cars...or maybe it is for me because I've done it so many damn times.

My driver side UCA was bent on the outside lip, from smashing into my strut tower. There was a big gap between the UCA and the BJ. I was able to hammer it back straight. Time for new UCA's and UBJ's anyways, since they're all toast.

Once it hits 200 000km, it loses that valuable low mile, clean car charm it has and just turns into an old used car.
