Yes, yes you do spy 9293 tails...and trunk, and OEM spoiler with LED.
And my new decal. Because I'm always Keepin it clean.
Today I sold my Tein S-Techs, the header from the parts car, my beloved Legend lip and my Ractive muffler and a stock exhaust, all to infamouscb9 (other local member with the red wagon). He came down for the day and we spent about 8 hours doing suspension/exhaust and cosmetic work, as well as alcohol and food consumption. Good times.
I was driving home from work today and I was near the college as students were leaving. All of a sudden I'm in a convoy of CB's at the intersection.
Myself, a Phoenix Red DX coupe driven by a girl, and.....my old SE sedan. The 3 of us all cruised up the road together.
It was funny, but pretty cool. How often does that happen? Let alone with one of your old cars.
Very sad though, the SE is just a miserable pile of parts now. Absolutely saddened to see the condition that once beautiful car is now in. :'(
On another note, I dropped off the sedan lastnight to my buyer, and he gave me a set of CD5 alloys with brand new Hankook all season tires on them to use as my winter wheels. I'm going to plastidip them white and slap em on for the winter.
I smashed my front lip into about 17 pieces on the highway today.
On the highway, heading back from lunch. Following an SUV infront of me, and a semi. I'm in the right lane, another vehicle to my left.
Cruising along about 75kmh, all of a sudden there's a big pile of mud in the middle of my lane. BANG. Hit it and ran over it before I even knew what happened. Looked in my rear view and saw a trail of plowed mud and pieces of my lip flying everywhere. No other damage to the ar, other than the underside packed with mud.
