I, like most am grateful your CB was found. I hate that feeling of helplessness. I'm still here patiently waiting for the damage report, hoping for the best. It sucks to know that people can't respect others hard work because of jealousy and selfishness. Sad that they can't understand the feeling of hard work and accomplishment.

I finally got my car back and it's not too bad. The cops made it seem like it was stripped bare bones when they called me. In reality the white ADR reps were stolen along with EVERYTHING in the interior that wasn't bolted down...literally. They got my ESCORT radar-detector, clarion head-unit, the 12" MTX in the custom ported box, my pioneer 6x9s in boxes, that old earthquake amp, all the wiring for the sound system and everything in the glove box including my owner's manual. They took the 4 tools i had in the car which included my favorite ratchet. They also took my change drawer and gas cap. Oh and they got my one-off bowling-pin shift knob. They even took my LED dome and trunk lights. Fucking assholes. And that's just the stuff i remember being in there at the time...not mentioning stuff like my new Honda hoodie or my new snow jacket....

They couldn't get the two larger parts of the CB9 trunk storage since it was bolted in but they did get both side compartments. Same thing with my TRUST harness which is bolted to the seat, so they took the $10 lumbar support i got at walmart.

Surprisingly they left the hood, lights, grille, fogs, CAI and didn't mess with the engine at all. But they did take my battery..which was 5years old and pretty much dead anyway. Luckily i had a fresh one ready to go.

Don't know what they did but the left CV is chattering and clickity-clackin' like a motherfucker. Even going straight. High-speed wobble is random and harsh. The drive home was nerve racking, especially in the pouring rain.

I had an old set of Galant rims with new tires sitting around and they just happen to have OEM open-ended lugs...this is very important since i have extended studs and the only other set-up i had that worked, besides the epsilons, were the white wheels that were stolen. So i threw everything in the back of my buddy's car and headed 4 hours south to the tow yard that towed my shit. (I live North of Seattle and my CB was left at a good friends house in Vancouver, WA when it was stolen.)

When i got there it was sitting on the ground, no wheels. Dust shields were bent to shit but the rotors were ok. Suspension was still there, exhaust still there..no vandalism like cut brake lines or anything beat-up or scratched on the car. But they did punch a hole in the gas tank and drain it. The tank and my steering column/ignition were all that was damaged, although i still haven't seen everything yet. Just got it back.

So that's where i'm at. Just gonna pick up the pieces and keep on goin'.
