i feel sorry for all yall man. MD, Cali, VA and DE folks. yall got all those strict things about inspections. i know in MD you cant have an aftermarket exhaust on the car unless you know or have some arrangements with the shop guy. then you got emissions. ugh.

Delawares not that bad... I mean I managed to take the lude through inspection right after I bought it from mayberry, and it had a test pipe on it. The only thing they got me for was it had tint of the front windows, which I had to take off.

I've heard some horror stories from people that live in MD, though. Or was it PA?

Probably MD. I failed inspection... a corner light fell off when I was on the highway on the way there lmao. A tab broke on the corner light and fell off.
