I have spend hours looking into this and unless my car is one that is a fucked up edition, then it aint happening.
Not unless you either get much bigger, self-tapping screws or bolts and you wail that motherfucker in there or you weld it in place.
The sheet of metal it attaches to is thin as it is. Mine has holes for a center-mounted ebrake but those holes arent threaded. People are making it seem like all you do is unbolt it, move it and bolt it right back in using the same bolts and, at least in my case, that's not gonna work. If it does then perhaps a few people are riding around with loose, barely held-on ebrake...
