I dont think boiling water would peel paint. I dont think.
Why not boil water in the biggest pot you have, and once it's boiling, take it outside and pour it on the car. It's gonna lose temp on the trip outside, so it wont actually be boiling hot, but it'll be damn hot.
Just a thought.
