    JaberCB7 : 1993 Accord SE

    Welcome to Jaber's MRT!

    A little bit of background on myself and my cb...

    I am Giancarlo aka Jaber (long story) Born and raise in Brooklyn and till recently (2005) when i moved to CT I did not have a reason to own a driver's license nor drive (but this is my 7th car) I bought " Shy " back in Sept. 09, done tons of mods some witch i regret but im sticking with it. Enuff about me lets meet Shy....

    Acquired ownership

    Body: Coupe 260,xxx miles
    Mods: autozone seat covers



    November 09
    Taste for mods

    Accord oem wheels
    DIY black housing + yellow highbeams
    Legend lip
    Problems;seized bolt on rear shock mount.



    March 10
    The beginner mods

    eBay header+ exhaust, cross drilled/slotted rotors
    Depo sidemarkers
    DIY double bumper lights (used as homemade fogs)
    ADR Soduko 8 wheels (white)
    Neuspeed sport springs (cd5, bit lower than the cb7 version)
    Problems;mix match window tints (removed), broken window visor(removed)



    June 10
    Jaber meets " The Hillbilly "

    Jdm fog lights
    120k rebuilt

    5speed swap
    ESP auto to 5speed mounts
    RSX seats (thanks to Excalibur)

    eBay black house headlights, corners and bumper lights
    wiretuck
    traded my ADR for Konig for a profite


    Problems;bent exhaust valves, started new job (only problem because i worked 10-7 moving funiture= super tired)



    July 10
    First sign of pressure

    Jdm F22B Dohc

    Problems;sold wheels to buy new motor...LOST A LOT OF LOVE

    THEN!!!!



    January 11
    Shy meets Craigslist.com



    Problems;EVERYTHING!!!


    March 11
    Ray of Sunshine for Shy

    Koni Yellow
    Neuspeed sport (cb7 version)
    all new suspension componets (tie rods, ball joints, rear hubs, calipers)
    5 lug conversion
    Prelude Blades

    Problems;getting alignment (reason why i got cb7 springs) and tire rub




    July 11
    Shy recovers from Relapse

    Basic maintenance that has been troublesome due to working 50+ hours a week.
    cb9 cargo trunk

    Energy Suspension bushing kit


    Just few random pics from May 11 to july 11

        only installed the front shocks and springs due to rain/snow but the springs i dont know how much they drop it, think its 1.5 in front 1.3 rear but im not sure i had read something like that but box didnt specify

          That's good! Which setup did you go with? And how much did it cost you?

              used kyb shocks with less than 10k (thats what seller told me) and neuspeed lowering springs 1.75 (F) & 1.5 (R).

                    too embaressed to show the filth lol...if it wasnt so damn cold id wash the leather panels with warm water and carpet cleaner but i def need a new rug and driver and passenger seats the rest besides being dirty is pretty mint
