Yeah...I like how it looks with the carbon hood...but how will it look without the hood?

Here's my grill now: (hey it worked! lol) You can see the blue highs real well.

i think it will work fine with a white hood. i think that the way you have it now (with the "chrome" plastic) removed, is ok. but with blacking out the existing trim, it will look much better.

i actually used a black metallic spray paint, after sanding down the plastic a bit. i didn't want the same flat black as everyone else, i just wanted a touch of sparkle, lol. i need to get better pics of it.

in any event, i think that by blacking out the existing trim, you will get the effect that you are currently intending, but with a touch of class. it will also match the black trim molding on your car. and actually, with your future plans of painting the stock wheels flat black, it will match all the way around.

absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

        My thoughts exactly!

I'm just gonna go the normal flat black to go with my rims. I will like it after the paint because then my emblem will be back on.

thats my ride dude. your cb7 is soo clean and nice dude. I like the 6 spokes that u got on yours tho, so nice! finally nice to see another coupe on this forum, so many 4doors but only a few coupes. I got a aem short ram intake for my cb7 (and the sweet ass license plate frame) which made a little bit of a difference, im gonna get dc headers with a crush bent exhaust and magnaflow muffler (dont like the ricey sounding coffee-cans). GL with your car and welcome to the forums.

I got the amber corners in today after school and eventually got them on. They look absolutely marvelous. I'll get a pic up after we get back from the movies.

PS: anyone know of an EASY way to remove the corners without breaking them lol. you should see the other corners. I'll get a pic of those later too.

Nice front shot showing off the blacked out grill and ambers:

                                now really lastly...

would it be worth the work to get the VTEC head from the 94 EX VTEC onto my F22A6? I realise it'll add like 5 horse power...but I think it would halp in another way. Dunno. I really like the F22A6's torque and I don't have 4 grand for a turbo or an H22.
