Was it going towards Hamilton Place? My mom and I almost got plowed there. We were on 24 (from downtown) heading towards my gma's (Cleveland) and someone took the turn WAY too fast and jumped over the grass, came about 3 ft in front of us) and broke in half hitting the median.

At least she's okay!
