You'd be better off getting the brackets. I'm sure there's some way to mount the fogs without the brackets, but it'd be "ghetto rigged". I'm sure they wouldn't look too great.

I PMed a fellow member that works at Discount Tire Direct to see if their "replacement plan" is worth it. If he thinks it is, I'll add the $35 replacement plan. If it's questionable, I'll just take my chances and buy a new tire if I have a blowout.
