yeah the clutch is toast. it barely holds on so we'll be replacing it soon prolly with just a OEM replacement. nothing too crazy for her daily. i am thinking about an H23 .

I do too but I have black moldings so I'm not sure if it looks good! If I had color-matched moldings it would be a different story!

just wanted to update a few folks about her car. it's still alive and well. it's good to update threads like this as it acts as a virtual history folder of mods/events/maintenance.

- new OEM exedy clutch and pressure plate
- a new oil pan (the old one was just leaky)
- sold the volks, on 15" eurotec wheels at the moment
- awaiting to mount some 16" 2-piece wheels (pics to come)

the car is burning oil, about a quart every 3000 miles but that's expected at over 220k on the ticker. i'm thinking about an f22b swap or h23a whichever is available.
