Your cb is lookin clean as hell. 
How did you get the 92-93 bumper lights to fit on the 91 SE bumper? Im planning to get some amber spray paint and paint my 90-91 bumper lights but if I could get the 92-93 bumper lights to fit on my 90-91 bumper than that would be much easier(I hope) lol.
