What did you use to clean the engine bay? Try diluting some simple green and scrubbing it with a nylon brush or old toothbrush. After that, give this trick a try. It really works, I've done it.

Use a different foaming tire cleaner than armor-all though. Armor-all is cheap and can harm/crack rubber components.

it was worse than that, i used something called purple power, what ever they have at the car wash, and a power sprayer all together and it still didnt get clean

i am gonna try tire cleaner, and some more heavy dulty cleaner, and more spray this time

Sometimes no amount of water pressure can get all the dirt off...you have to get a brush and actually scrub. That's how it was for my car at least. I tried high-pressure and nothing, and as soon as i took a toothbrush to it, the dirt lifted. Purple power is really similar to simple-green from what I've heard, and not as harsh when un-diluted.
