Hey man, Ive been doing some searching on my swap, and Im thinkin about the f22b, about how much would that run, also everything on a f22a1 will bolt up to this engine-throttle body, tranny, intake, header, etc?? What about the wiring, does it use all the a1 wiring harnesses and sensors? Is this a pretty easy swap, I mean would I be able to do it, (never done a engine swap, heck I dont even know alot about engines....but I think I would be able to). Any info you can give me would be appreciated.

Yeah pretty its a straight forward swap, but somethings you have to test... i know the header bolts up, the distributor parts-cap-rotor- need to be from A1, the intake manifold wont bolt up because the F22b is a duel runner mani.

i had to change a sensor from the A1 to the f22b, bcause it didnt have it. where the water hose from the radiator on the top comes across to the head... on the head there is a housing that has a sensor on it. so yeah pretty straight forward.

Thanks, what about aftermarket parts, like cams and such, can you use the ones from a H23, since the F22b is the JDM version of it, right? What about tranny, I dont want to use mine, cuz its about shot, so can I use a H23 tranny, or H22, or will I have to get the F22b tranny? Same for axles, do I use the a1, b or h23? How much does a full F22b swap cost, not installation. Thanks again.
