Wow looking good! The intake manifold is looking good! I too bought a throttle body gasket. But since the gasket is to small and let's air in by where the fast idle valve is I couldn't use it.

More pictures! Keep up the good work.

some pics taken during the motor test:

For now no problem, the A/F is 12.6/13.8 WOT and 14/15 idle but my spark plug are white
I don't know if I can run like that ...

                    Hello,

I'm still in break'in period, I have receive the 3 inch piping for exhaust with a Bender, and also a CXracing 3" inch piping kit.

I'm a little worried about compression, I have see a comp test video and I'm confused...
In the video the max comp (240psi on a N/A H22) is mesure after a little crank turn (3 sec), For my motor my gauge climb very slowly and I need to crank it during 10-15 sec for mesure the maximum Psi (150Psi with 8.5:1 pistons).
it too long but it is the time needed for take my max comp-->150.
I stop cranking when the gauge stop move up.
It is why I'm asking if is it normal, because when I see other compr test video the gauge move very fast. I'm a bit worried about that !
If My rings failed, the compression will not climb until 150 right ?
How the time of the test influence the result ?
I have make a video of my compression test :
                    http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xe2mej_dscn2334_auto

                    compare with this:

                    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dQsH...layer_embedded

My gauge is Ok, I have try with another H22.
My motor don't smoke at all but in limp mode because my Vtec isn't wirred yet.

                    What is the problem ?

For my motor my gauge climb very slowly and I need to crank it during 10-15 sec for mesure the maximum Psi.

                    Is it normal ?

Not sure what your compression should read I forgot. Try to contact wiesco.

When I do comp tests your supposed to have the engine turn over 3 times for each cylinder.

                      Hope everything comes out right.

                          Hi guys

I make an update of my thread...my car is boosted now, finally !

here in France I had problems for find someone who can tune my car.
The tune happened last week, but cause of faulty 3bar map we had to use stock map sensor so for now I can't exceed 0.7bar of boost, what drive allready fine !

                          little vid :

                          http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCNg1fvJ1Nw

is there anyone can tell me the color of the wires and conector order for the connection of the map ?

I need fix this map issue before remap for high boost (20psi ).
I also need a brake upgrade, I have some RL caliper ready for install but I need doing the roh conversion. Where can I find the hub with wheel stud ? i have find the bearing...

That looks great! I have those same wheels on my car.

You should make threads in the Technical section asking about the brakes and wiring. You'll get more attention from the people that know what they're doing.

That picture makes me want to go to France!
