                    well i cant get those til they make them silly. lol. i just an email to them asking if they can make a prototype one for the Accords and i test them out(of course pay for them). then give them feedback about it. stiffer or softer and stuff like that.

                            Good avg spring rates for DD is 400lbs in the front and around 280 to 300 in the back...

                            thats the avg for Ground control, if you dont order custom rates....now if you want to slam the car...then you might wanna run 800 in the front maybe 600 in the back...I have seen them go higher...but you have to valve the shocks/struts to handle that spring rate or they will blow very quickly.
