Yeah interestingly enough, it tends to be that the DX's are the rarest weird. Then again, where I live I don't see ANY SE's either.

lol. ive seen a couple of SEs down here. 3 total. 2 of which had OEM fogs....:drool: sadly, old folks were driving them. shnit.

this car is far from done. lol. the suspension isnt complete. it'll take another $400-$500 to complete it. the brakes arent done. just need the wagon rotor swap for that. the engine bay isnt done. i need a wire tuck and do the battery relocation. the interior isnt done. like i said. this car is far from done. lmao.


had to get some sodas for my g/f from walmart and saw the guy. he's getting his return back today. he said he'll call me tomorrow. the car seems to be good as sold right now, im doing pricing a couple more things for the CD5. i got the rims and tires. just need to make up my mind about the suspension.

well ive been looking around as to what suspension set up to get. i have the rear sway bar picked out. i have the front and rear strut bars ill be getting.

heres the choices:

i acutally just did this to my shifter, im wondering what you did to secure it because as of right now i can pull the knob right off the the little shifter rod.

i used the allen screws that came with it. push it all the way down and screw in them in. make sure they're tight too. and remember this. once you do that, it'll move out of gear. so be sure to put your e-brake up when you park just in case.

man, theres gotta be better way to do this.
-- as i was tinkering around with that i did the same thing with the alan screw. i just dont like the fact that it could slip or be knocked into a different gear.

yeah. just as long as your the only one who rides in your CB then you'll be ok. i drove with mine like that for a long time. quite a few months. never slipped out of gear. haha.

you COULD leave the screws out but then the knob would wiggle around when you pushed down on it.

lol. car is still in my yard. havent heard from the guy. i think ima keep it now. he hasnt called. thats what i hate about people in this area. they're say for weeks that they'll buy it then dont. shnit. oh well.

time to move on with the project i WAS going to be buying a rear sway bar this week. but i decided to get an XBOX360 instead. i want to be able to play with my brothers(especially my brother i hardly get to talk to in Germany). haha. looks like ill wait til i get my state return for that.

aight. ill hit you up. i got a couple guys i was playing with last night. they had me laughing the entire time. lol. one guy either knifed u or shot you with a hand gun. the other guy was just sneaky. lol. but they both were like "dude. dont go no where. your cool!!!" lmao.
