This is my new project. I've had the car 3 years almost. Finally got the car back. The swap took 9 months, because everything that could have gone wrong ... did. Oh yeah I can't wait.

I'm going to have to find another job though I didn't get this promotion that I was expecting to get all because I wore a Bob Marley shirt to my interview .. haha. Fuck them they should know I smoke bud because I have told them several times that I smoke it, and they shouldn't have offered the position in the first place. But in a month I will apply for a new job with my dad starting at $13.25 an hour, so maybe I will get some serious cash going before too long.

But Turbo is definitely coming within the next year. Maybe sooner just depends on what kind of money I can start making.

Might change my suspension and drop about 2.25" before I go turbo. I'm really hating the wheel gap right now.

And on another note. I found out that MAYBE just MAYBE all that is wrong with my balance shaft belt/whatever is just a worn out bearing. I hope thats all it is, otherwise MVM is going to have to check and see if my engine is balanced so that we can remove the balance shaft belts. Hopefully it will be fixed up and ready to go next week. I am dying to drive it again ... not too sure on how great the 4 puck clutch is gonna be for a daily driver, but hopefully I will grow accustomed to it.

and another QUICK question. Anyone in the North Georgia/Chattanooga area know of a place that will paint my car back to the original color, and do a decent job, at a fair price. The people I've dealt with have done horrible jobs. Any input would be gladly appreciated.

                      Damn.

Well I found out that my balance shaft bearings are in my oil pan.

I'm not too sure if that would have caused some serious damage.

Could someone enlighten me on this situation?

                          Yeah :/

Going tomorrow to see what all damage has been done.

                          Hopefully not too much.

I can only spare about another $3000 at the moment.

If its bad, I guess I will just part the engine out, and find something new :[

Okay called they shop today, no damage was done at all. So I was freakin out for nothing.

They're gonna pull the oil pan and check and see if the engine is balanced, and if it isnt we're gonna have to figure out how to fix this problem. But if it is balanced we're just going to remove it. He's looking for the cheapest way to fix it for me since I am already $6023.77 into this swap.

                              Good news.

I get my car back Friday ( earliest ) or Tuesday ( latest )

                              Balance shaft = Eliminated

                              Cat converter = Eliminated

Hopefully the car will not stall when I am coming to a stop anymore. I am hoping it was just the cat. and nothing else.

Can't wait to see the Dyno graph now that we got rid of the clogged cat.
