You should get a lip kit of some sort to set off those rims. I'm not usually a fan of chrome, but the spokey design of those is actually pretty sweet. They look so big under the relatively stock-looking car, though! Bring the lines of it down a bit using a lip kit and the rims should look more at home.
Get quality springs and shocks, and get ready to replace those garbage Nankang tires (I'm sure they came as a package... crappo tires, but they DO get the wheels on the car at an affordable price!) and you'll be in good shape. You've got a decent start.
