I thought the redline is 7,600 78 on the tach? dot worry about hydrolockin just keep that spashguard cover on the bottom your car isnt slammed you should be fine. And know your streets you drive on if theres heavy rain.

Lovin' the vid. Your crusin' series has been fun to watch. Can't wait to see more. You need to do some ebrakin' in one of your vids. I can't wait to get some parts for my car so I can make some sweet videos.

          - i'm actually using the H22 auto tranny and amazingly it does get up to like 75 or so in 2nd gear (depending on where i shift). i'm never sure where to shift with this motor and accord tach. i know it's like 300 rpm off... so, when i'm up at 7k, it's really like 6,700 i guess. so i try and usually shift around 7,500 rpm since the H22 redline is at 7,200.
i understand totally, i would cry if i blew this motor, but you should be fine. although i guess i am a little safer here out in cali... weather so nice i couldnt hydrolock it if i tried

are the h22 auto and manual trans. geared differently? im assuming so anyways, cause i cant get up to 75 in 2nd... and i take it up to 8grand. anyways, again, nice vids. always love seeing a cruisin cb7, just so much damn style, all low and wide to the ground. at least i can watch yours, since i dont have a camera to take vids of mine.

            thanks man.

yeah the automatic h22 transmssion has longer gearing than the manuals. most auto trannies do have pretty long gearing - so that's why i got up to 75ish.

i'd much rather have a manual though

h22sparkle: i think the redline is at 7,200... but fuel cut off or something is at 7,800. maybe that's what you're thinking of.

the song that i used in this video was actually some underground hip hop instrumental that i downloaded off of mp3.com a long time ago... so that might be hard to find. i don't even remember the name of the artist or song title. if i had a faster connection, i'd send it to you... but i'm on 56k right now and don't go back to school (broadband) until later this month.

the song from the cb7tuner meet #3 video was max graham - sepia

                    doesn't say which CD...

i found it on one of my techno compilation CDs called "altered states v.2". i checked inside of the cover, and it still didn't tell me the name of the album.

I was really impressed with the video, and you did all that with Windows Movie Maker? Awesome. We definitely wanna see some e-brake turns and give us some times on your 0-60! Can't wait to see more!

well i've done all of these videos with no past experience in classes or anything. right now, i'm majoring in electronic media and film at my school though. this fall semester will be the first chance i get to take some actual hands-on film classes though. maybe it will go somewhere
