i just did a H23 head swap with mani today and it is easy as hell, everything went smooth and the engine feels more powerfull, i have the F22a1 so you can tell the diference, plus i'm running a OEM big 16g @10 psi and other goodies.

H23 Head, IM and crank gear = $180 shipped
H23 external coil dizzy = $30 shipped
F23 MLS head gasket = $30
GSR (B18c) timing belt = Free
Valve seals and labor = Free (done by myself)
Powdercoat the valvecover and fuel rail = Free
