a little EGR cleaning

i have emissions coming up and last year, i barely passed. so i'm staring to clean the intake manifold. i'm just cleaning a few things to help me pass til i finish polishing my spare intake mani, which i will fully clean out. hope this does the trick til next time. here are some before and after shots.

i guess later i will clean the IAC and FIV, then seafoam it. i noticed the car ran a little smoother and the exhaust didn't smell as rich, i would guess that's due to better EGR flow.

it's a manual.

i used carb cleaner, but some people use brake cleaner. just don't use the carb cleaner anywhere there is O-Rings. later.
