I've been trying to do research on the Honda website and elsewhere but can't find any info regarding technical issues or whatnot on this particular CB. The CB7 is a really fun car to mod as far as JDM/EDM options go compared to other cars in the Honda lineup. Some people get a CB7 and just throw some rims, lower it, maybe a intake, header, exhaust and call it a day.
Getting the flushmount will be the last piece of the puzzle b4 I get my car repainted and prepped for a import show later down the road. That is my dream. I'm just a broke college student and i'm sacraficing joy riding and going out chillin with friends in the city to have fun just for this spoiler!
I just think it's silly to have so many break lamps illuminating the rear. I almost did a DA spoiler swap but with the way my car is setup, i'd rather keep everything "Accord" and this was my only solution. In my bodykit days, I always liked the way the 99ish Galant spoilers looked. I bought one and shortened it to fit a cb7 trunk....the outcome however made me yack...i even toyed with a wrx spoiler and that looked horrible with the bodylines of the cb7 too.
I have a aftermarket LED 90-93 spoiler sitting in my backyard that I almost put on as well, but yeah....I think the oem flushmounts look better on the boxy rear of cb7's opposed to the rounded spoilers....well thats just my own opinion
