    What i did last week, and a couple pics of my car

    hey guys, well last week i had my first spring break from school...and i decided i would change the wiring harness out of my accord to try and get it running...so here are a couple pics to show what i did, ask ?'s if you got em...
    while the dash was out i painted all the interior pieces with vht vinyl dye, and this shit rocks! Ill get some after pics and post what they look like now, but it looks oem!

      How heavy is the ac condenser and does the car need it for the heater?

        The A/C condensor is in front of the radiator. Post pictures up of the vinyl dye.

          haha my b, the condensor was taken out years ago, dont know what to call that thing then but i know it is AC...and car has heater core behind the center vents in the pic. Will post pics of what it looks like next time i am home, it is vht and u can get it from summit if that is what you are asking

                      The part you removed is called the evaporator. It is the part that actually does the cooling of the air. When the freon enters the evaporator through a very small orifice, it expands into a much larger chamber and vaporizes, absorbing a tremendous amount of heat and cooling the cabin air that is blown across it.

                      It then travels back to the condensor where it is cooled back into a liquid, allowing it to vaporize when it gets back to the cabin.

                      This basic system is referred to as a Vapor Cycle airconditioning system.
