I'm looking for input from you guys on what u think of it so far..(hasn't changed much, but good refresher),

Also what you guys would recomend doing first with my first $300:

Performance:
H-series Headswap
build the motor n/A
exhaust, ex

or

Exterior:
JDM headlights
OEM front bumper
JDM foglights

or leave it and save money so u can do alot at once.....

Air box retrofitted(once i have metal i'll make a plate and attach it to it and then send it down to the front bumper....

with 300 i would get an ebay intake for like 35 bucks, get an over bored throttle body from maxbore for another 100, then save the rest for a header and a cat back.

already got an ebay intake, its not made for my accord its an integra one but did a shot load of choping..i just painted it black cause i was getting sick of the chrome....figured id stay sleeper....

the performance exterior sig, yeah i saw that too, but i'm still kinda stuck in the middle....
