I found a guy who did a pretty detailed explanation with a video on youtube. He looks like a professional tech. So I would trust he did the job correctly without cutting any corners upon installation. This was done on a 1990 Accord 5spd, but Auto or 5spd shouldn't matter, just the axle placement is in a diff. spot on the autos (slightly further in). So if you hear a knocking or clunking, replace those balljoints NOW!!! Thanks goes to EricTheCarGuy for making this video. I HIGHLY recommend a moderator sticky this....this is a very useful for us CB7tuners.

and dont use cheap ball joints, bite the bullet and get some moog or trw. What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

You...dirty. Yea you....
I have been needing to do this since Im hearing a clunk in the mornings. But knowing my suspension and my experiences with it, whoever built my car was a BIG MFer because every bolt is waaaaayyyyy too tight and its always a pain to get things loose. But I will tackle it!

1) the 12pt bolt screws into the hub not the kncukle right? (thats why we are allowed to hammer the bolt witout stripping the threads right?
2)can i remove the bolts while axel is on?
axel not is nothing to me, i use a bicycle fork as a breaker bar, and second i remove the nut while the wheel is on this avoids the axel from spinning.
