1990/1991 Bumper lights of course
Rubbing Alcohol
Sandpaper/Steel Wool
Transparent Orange Stained Glass. (Found at most arts and crafts stores)
The same thing can be done on stock/clear corners!
First start by taking out the lights and somewhere suitable for painting. Make sure its a Dry, warm, WELL VENTILATED, clean place that will yield desired results.

First, Prep the surface buy cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. Then if you want lightly scuff the surface. (I did not and and fine results.), If you do scuff them be sure to clean them once more.
Second, Begin loading on the layers. Do lots of little coats rather than less big coats.
Keep spraying until the desired color is reached.
Let dry for a few hours. Then install and bam. Your done
