i went to my local hobby loby and they didnt have any yellow stain glass paint. now is the lady i talked to dumb, or is that possible, where else could i get it, id like to be able to buy it in town no online. and if possible could i get a responce pm'd to me thanks guys

is it possible to get the lights out without taking the bumper off? this is on a cd7 btw

nah the bumper has to come off, cause u have 3 10mm bolts under the headlights that are behind the bumper

went there today didnt see no yellow candy(clear) paint, this is pissing me off, where can i get this awh, and i dont like buying stuff online, will auto part stores have it

Only hobby stores have it. Try a local model car shop. They may carr the Tamiya Color brand.

do u have any pics of the light output w/ the yellow High beams? im deliberating if I should go that route or just leave it alone and blackhouse only

Picture your highs with a yellow tint. Light output does not change. I will try and post some up today.

Heres how mine turned out, this was just a practice headlight i got from the junkyard, so dont worry about the lower right corner being broken; I did get all that old silicone out there before i sealed it up.

wont that reduce output though? It looks like it has all these mirrored flat surfaces on it to refract the light doesn't it? I was thinking about doing it.....hmm

Try checking light output with it painted and unpainted. I didn't notice a difference.

oh i see what you did, just paint the front of it...the part you see looking dead on and mask off the sides. Yeah that will look much better
