god damnit, NO! The ecu has nothing to do with those codes.

A p0A IS the wrong ecu for an h22, but it will not make it throw those codes.

                You have a code 8 on the ECU. The TCU has 7, 8, 14, 1, 2.

So funny thing happened today when trying to get the ECU code. I first jumped the cable and then turned ignition to position 2. The CEL came on and stayed lit. So then I thought I would try to look at the light on the ECU itself but when I looked at it, it turned out that I had the OBD1 ECU (no light on it). Funny since I have a 1991 Accord EX (I thought those had the OBD0 ECUs???). Anyway, after disconnecting the ECU and putting it back under the metal plate I tried jumping the wires again and viola! I got a blinking CEL.

                      So here is what I got: 6 short, 1 long, 2 long. How do I interpret that? Is it 6, 10 and 20? 16 & 20?

Now that I think about it more, I guess disconnecting the ECU is almost the same as disconnecting the neg battery cable and fuse, thus resetting the ECU.

                                43 Fuel supply system

So wer're talking fuel pump or maybe fuel filter? Cause the car still runs fine, just stutters very rarely on startup. Anything else?
