          Clip but no light?

By clip do you mean the service connector? The thing you jump to pull your codes?

When you jump that, the CEL will blink if you have codes stored.

Only early model CB's had the little light in the ecu that blinked. Don't worry about that. Just do it the old fashioned way.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

              Help!!!

I have a 92 EX coupe with Stick. I have had the sold yellow Check Engine light for two weeks.

Found this thread, and pulled back the carpet and kick panel... I cannot find the Blue Plug. Each harness under there from the ECO to up and around the heater box and kick panel has a home, and all appear to be large connectors than pictured.

its not under the carpet. It's closer to the door, under the dash.

I even pulled glove box to help see behind there as well. Where does the other end of the cable come from?

I went to this site attached
                    http://home.earthlink.net/~michaelpk...owTo_Codes.htm

I found a connector exactly where pictured. It appears to have 6 black wires coming into it, has 6 sets of sockets on it that mate to what looks like a ground with 6 pins on it.

                        D112Crzy-

                        Thanks man-

I just got back from the Boneyard and found the connector on some that were there. I found the other harness it is taped to as well.

Come back home - look at mine- find the #$%^ harness it is suppossed to be taped to...
and the bloody thing is not there. I have started to pull out the blower box and heater box to see if it is tucked WAAY up in there.

I did find both ends of the harness the thing is taped to- and no luck.

Do all years have these things? Mine was made in 12/91

                          Uhhhhh-

Found the $$%^in thing- tucked waaay up near where the top nuts are on the blower box. I could start to se the colrs of the wire and kept on tuggin- and I could see them going straight up to the top of the dash.

                          Thanks for the replies...

Now to diagnose my CE light.
