do u mean 4500rpm, and the valve cover is put on correctly, it isn't twisted or ne thing?? also the leak is coming from the driver side or pass. side.. I wasn't really sure who's right u meant... oh yeah, did u make sure there wasn't any debris be4 u placed the new 1 in place..

Some blue RTV or Hondabond usually does the trick.

Pull the valve cover, get a new gasket, clean both valve cover gasket and head surfaces, put a 1/8" bead all the way around the valve cover where the gasket will be seated, put the gasket on the cover, put another bead on the gasket where it will contact the head, again all the way around, carefully put in place, torque it down, let RTV dry, and the end result is a nonleaking valve cover gasket. Piece of cake.

use some black rtv sealant....dont over tighten it, just tighten enough so that the sealent slightly comes out and makes a nice seal...
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
