i just took my cylinder head to get it rebuilt because i'm tired of looking to see where the oil is coming from in my exaust. I took to them and within 5 min. they knew it was the valve guides that were bad. They are doing a complete valve job, paint, mil the head, and its only going to cost $130. just thought i would share

Are you sure it's the valve guides and not the valve stem seals they are replacing?
$130 sounds a little low to me for valve guides and a mill...RIP Lifsatrip7

ok i found out today that all 16 of my vavles are warped. they said it could of been caused of jumping time. so now it is going to cost $468 for a valve job, complete gasket set, and paint .kyle turner

Yea, I can attest to this. I'd buy it from Aero3685 if you're up for it. Make sure you get a new headgasket (~ $40-45).Originally posted by aero3685
