when i set my A/C on, the temp goes from cold, to warm, then back to cold. do u know what could be causing this problem, and what i gotta do to fix it?

You'll need to buy a AC pressure gadge from a auto parts store. make sure it has the correct fittings for whatever your system requiers be it R12, R134 (or whatever the case may be). Also be sure to turn the AC ON when checking the pressure. Most pressure gadges use the low pressure side of the system to check pressure levels. the low pressure fill cap is right behind and to the left side of the radiator:
