    NGK Platinum G-Power Spark Plugs

Has anyone used this G-Power Plug from NGK?
I know I've got the V-Power plugs in the f/22 right now, and need to change them.
I saw these G-Power Platinum plugs on eBay for like 12 bucks .. and I guess since I last
installed the V-Power plugs, they came out with the G-Power .. ehhh, whats in a name? lol.

Also .. What does everyone gap their Platinum's at? I did a search, and saw anything
from .039 to .043 .. that's a bit of a big difference for me, so uhh, anything specific?
I also understand that they usually come pre-gapped .. nonetheless, I check everything ..

    Thanks Guyz ...
    Tomi

You mean no difference from .039 to .043 gap .. or, the V Power plugs as opposed to the G?

I agree with everything in this thread so far, no gain and gap it between those specs

The gap on the plats and iridiums aren't supposed to be touched. Just look to see they are the same/ok and install. I put the IXs in, less money than the platinums and should last longer than I plan on the CB being on the road (rust kills in MA :P )

I got bosch platinum plugs, no difference between them and the ngk v power i had before. I been thinking about trying the bosch iridium fusion, but they are expensive (9.99 each) at work.

V's burn colder then G's. G';s will get you better gas milage
V's can hold higher RPM's easier.

Overall, if your not in a - degree climate, go with V's.

Xcellent! Finally, someone who's explained some difference between the two ..
Afterall, isn't better gas mileage what we're all after? Well, most of us .. lol.
