f22b vavles? what kind do i need

ok i searched but didnt find any thing about it but im guessing i would use the valves for an h23 for replacing mine on my jdm f22b right?

gyea use h23 head parts, always remember jdm f22b dohcs is f22a bottom end and h23 head so whatever u need for the head use h23 parts and any f22a block parts use f22a's.

so was the valves messed up on the f22b?

they may be because my 1 and 3 cylinders have 200 on the compression test and 2 has 100 and 4 has no pressure at all and it looks like the valves are moving so i wont know till we pull the head and look at them. what other things could it be that would cause that? may be the head gasket? if so that would make my day because alot less work time and money.
