shift solenoids location

i need to know where the shift solenoids are located, i believe solenoids on my 91 ex are bad, the car has no power in d4, so i am left to shif it manually, and the s light stays on constantly,

when you look at the engine from the front of the car, look at the top of the transmission facing you, under the distributor region, you will see two cylinders sticking up, those are the solenoids, I'll try and find some pics

check out post number 6...that's a pic of the solenoids out of the car...

and the picture below is just of the general engine (i couldn't find any pics of the engine with solenoids...but circled in red are the solenoid location)

Those 4 grey things sticking out on the left side of the tranny are the solenoids
