no spark no fuel

ok i dont even no if this will make sense but ill try. Im doing a a6 swap.....the car will not start...there is no spark...i have MSD ignition and when we use that the distributor reads 6 when we bypass the MSD crap its 11 this is enough to start the car right??? yet it wont spark. Also the fuel pressure gauge is reading zero. Is this because the car hasnt been started yet or im i not getting fuel pressure?? HELP

u dont know about ignition, but when you turn the key to II, do you hear the fuel pump?

check all the grounds, fuel pump, main relay

it was not grounded to the theremostat
