When I got my 5-speed swap it came with an ACT clutch and pressure plate. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how thick the clutch disk is new so I can compare it to the one I have to see if I should use it. Its in good shape but if its already worn I will have to buy a new clutch disk.

even a stage 1 is enough. its thick, and you could adjust to where exactly it grips the flywheel.I need a 14b or 16g turbo!

well a machine shop would know that. but ill find out for you how to adjust the pedal (clutch to flywheel grip). i helped out my buddy install a spec clutch on his h22 and the clutch grabed the flywheel 1/8 from the bottom of the pedal. he adjusted it to it grabs 1/4 of clutch pedal movement from the bottom.
sorry if i explained it to complicated or understanding, i could rewrite it in a easier way for you.miss my turbo cb7
moved onto volvos. dont know how that happened, just did

pedal play and clutch engagement are two different things.

dont know if this helps but a stock replacement clutch disc is .325" from side to side via dial calipers.
