Well I know its not the vss because when I disconnected it and drove around it did the same thing. I decided to disconnect the harness that controls the gauges and radio on the fuse box inside the car and drive around to see if that would fix the bucking part. Sure enough it did and the car was running like a champ minus the gauges and accessories not working. I'm not looking into the integrated control unit or maybe the security control unit.

I know this may be a strange question but because this car is no longer my daily driver, I can't remember. Whenever the ignition is on is the car supposed to beep? I know it beeps when the keys are in and the door is open, but am not sure if it beeps before you start it. I could have sworn it did, but now it doesn't.

I really appreciate the help. The car is not throwing any codes and runs fine whenever that harness is unplugged. But when its plugged in and my ac is on, rear defrost, low and high beams (for load reasons) the car just sucks to drive like it has no power or not enough juice to power anything.

I'm going to further investigate the integrated control unit and see if thats the problem. Man, I hope no one else ever has to go through this.

your solution is change your injectors my little brother just switched his out and no more sputtering. but if that doesnt work switch out the resistor box or the distributor one of those should fix the problem

I do not think those are the problem. I think its having electrical issues. I checked the wiring harness to the fuse box to the dash, and it seemed alot of wires were grounded out and stuff. So I pulled out the dash and inspected the wires and retaped them together and installed the dash. My speedo just does not work anymore, and when I turn on my a/c my odometer and trip start rising, even if the car is parked. The orange wire going to the VSS is getting 3.96 volts in stead of the 4-6v range. One of the ground wires on the left front of the cluster doesn't always have continuity whenever i test it to a ground, but it does whenever I test it to another ground wire. Also my ELD system does not get battery voltage and it does not drop to 2 volts whenever my headlights are on like it should when testing it. I'm also going to test the voltages at the ecu to see if the ecu is messing up. Whenever I unplug the dash wire harness from the fuse box the car runs better, but it also has no loads either. Part of me wants to fix it, part of me wants to rewire the car and just race it, and part of me wants to just start over.

So as of now I think it may be one of the following:
        -Bad cluster
        -Bad ecu
        -Bad ELD system
-Bad dash fushbox/ integrated control unit
-Or some wire just messing things up

I'm just venting because it is so frustrating.

I found a pinch in the wires and fixed it, but the speedo jumps whenever I use turn signals. I remember similar symptoms on my f22 whenever it went out. Anyone know a way to make sure its the dizzy? The car also died on my twice within 5 minutes driving around the neighborhood, but started right up. I had a horrible idle now like its running on 3 cylinders. I never replaced the dizzy or the wires since I got it, but I want to make sure thats the problem cuz I dont have money to throw at it right now. It may also be the o2 sensor. I just don't know. I was putting the wires back under the dash, when the doors all of a sudden locked. So I think that somewhere through all this is stiil an open wire or something somewhere, but I just cant find it.
