The ignition switch has gone bad. They're easy to replace.
Take the column cover off, you will see a white looking piece on the left side. There are two small screws that hold the switch in place. The wires go to fuse panel, its the big brown connector close to the firewall. The switch is not crazy expensive either.

yo...I had this SAME PROBLEM...I have helped many people with my mishaps after finding out whats wrong.

          JUDONOH is right on target...

heres my thread from a LONG LONG TIME AGO!

          http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...ht=speedometer

** as I look back into this thread I made....I was anxious at that time...trying to RUSH to get my CB up and running...WORD OF ADVISE...take your time...dont rush..take your time through whatever is giving you trouble.

like if you aren't getting fuel ( example )..do a process of elimination!

          Main relay..
          ECU fuse
          Ground wires
          Fuel Filter
          Fuel pump
          clogged lines
          fuel injection resistor
          faulty fuel pump connector
short within the wires ( alot of work ) :

but take your time on whatever you're doing!
