Well, the first thing you need to know is that this is an OBD2 motor.

So, be prepared for the conversion.

well i know the basic shit (pistons, cams, obd2, etc) but i'm mainly talking about replacement parts like the alternator, intake manifold, etc.

i want the useful info for when u go to the part store

also, do you use the electric p/s pump or the accord pump

Ricky, there are a couple California guys with this motor swap done already. One is "AlmostJDM" I believe, can't remember the other. Get in touch with them.

well i've dealt with the swaps, i normally don't keep p/s but if i chose to i'd like to know whether the electric pump of the f20b will work or if the regular pump will bolt to the block, etc.

mainly it's for when things start going bad and i have to replace them.

obd1 h22 injectors/fuel rail intake manifold. header. alternator. distributor are all interchangeable.

if your gonna make an f20b obd1 just swap some of that stuff over and reprogram your ecu.

starkrice has an f20b. and swapped over some obd1 h22 parts to smog it and get it legalized in california.

the power steering pump issue is easily remedied as the wholes for the pump bracket are there, you just have to tap them like you would the trans. then use the prelude pump/bracket/hi pressure hose

but i've been known to be wrong about stuff like this.

SiR and SiR-T cams ARE different.

a buddy took out his SiR-T cams with the intention of swapping them for a set of Euro-R cams

and low behold, the SiR-T cams are similar in profile to the Euro-R!!

SiR cams are 'milder' compared to the SiR-T

thats from what he said. I didnt see it for myself tho
