Then the frame must be tweaked and you can thank the previous owner with the half ass job they tried to do. If you love your cb I would try to get it fix.

well if you see the pics that i took, where the battery sits, do you think any of that could effect how the bumper sits?

so it needs to be on a frame machine, and how would the core support be fixed?

The core can be fix by either being replaced or being on the frame bender.

The core support is what supports the radiator and the front end. Here some picture.

                    This is the core support:

just like chan said, they can either repace the whole core, or fix it.

yeah thats what i thought it was, i didnt know you could buy that whole piece. thanks faheem.

so what i could do is take it to a shop and see what is out of spec, and go from there?

i mean is it possible to make it so everything lines up again?

Yeah if you get it fix everything will be OEM spec. So take it to the shop and make sure if its tweaked. If so ask them how much to fix the problem and or replace the core or get it bent back. My best bet is to get a new core like I did it was cheaper. Since bending the core will only make it weaker.

okay so there are 2 things it can be: the actual frame and the core support?

and the core support is considered a radiator support right?

Yup it could be two things and yes the core support is the radiator support.
