help with window

ok my passager window just stop working while i was drivin home. i change all the fuses(under the dash and under the hood)
i got a new motor. and still.
i checked if the wire to the switch is getin power and it is.
i dont know whats next.im down to one window now.

Maybe it is stuck? Possibly the regulator. But even if so, the window should move a little.
